Meet Stephanie
With over 16 years of experience, Stephanie embraces a contemporary approach to Wellness. She aims to help her clients overcome perceived limitations and create a stronger sense of body awareness by utilizing her background in strength training, yoga, and sports medicine.
Stephanie studied Exercise Science at Miami Dade College while working as a personal trainer for Equinox fitness clubs. After moving to Boston in 2011, Stephanie received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from the Kripalu School of Yoga.
Stephanie holds a B.S. in Athletic Training from Lasell University. While pursuing her career in sports medicine, Stephanie interned in the athletic departments at Harvard University and Brandeis University. She provided sport-specific training and rehabilitation services including but not limited to orthopedic injury assessments, injury prevention programs, orthopedic rehabilitation programs, and joint mobilizations for the women’s hockey, golf, tennis, soccer, and basketball teams.
Stephanie has worked with a diverse population of clients in the last decade, including golfers, yoga enthusiasts, teen athletes, baby boomers, marathon runners and weekend warriors. She utilizes a customized approach to wellness for her many different clients by providing a balanced and harmonious experience.
The Studio Story
Stephanie Alessandri, a certified yoga instructor, and personal trainer started Alessa Studios in 2021 with the intention of offering a mind and body approach to health and wellness. As a studio, we have experience working with a diverse range of clients, all of whom have very different goals. Though diverse in age and physical capabilities, our clients all have one thing in common: they are looking to work with a trainer that can guide them through a tailored approach and tactical plan for success.
Based in the greater Boston area, Alessa Studio offers concierge in-home, outdoor, and virtual services, ranging from fitness to yoga to wellness. We provide the services that best meet our clients' needs in the space that feels most comfortable for them. Currently, we serve clients in the Seaport, Waterfront, Financial District, South End, South Boston, Beacon Hill, and Back Bay neighborhoods.
